Making Changes To Your Listing

If you are a hypnotherapist presently listed on the National Hypnotherapists Register of Australia and wish to make changes to your current listing, please complete the form below. If you are already listed on the AHA website, the changes will also be reflected on that site.

Before completing the form please note the following:

  1. Please add only the changes you wish to make. Other than these, your listing will remain as presently on the register

  2. Check your spelling carefully as incorrect spelling may delay the processing of your changes.

  3. Please look an existing listing in the register to see the format required.

  4. If you are an AHA member your NHRA No. is the same as your AHA member number which is printed on your annual certificate of practice. If you are not a current AHA member you will have been issued an NHRA member number.

  5. If you are relocating your practice, make sure you let us know which listing should be removed. If you want your address listed on the register you will need to complete this form as well as the one below.

  6. Please allow 14 days for changes to appear on the register.

If you wish to have a photograph added to your listing, please forward an image in JPG format to antoine@ahahypnotherapy.org.au
